Do You Hear What I Hear?

Last Longfellow Christmas Music Concert!

We have been watching this same concert for 10 years, and while we agree that there is no reason to shake up what has been working for years (and years and years), we have seen this concert enough times and will remember the “star dance” with fondness.

Cheers!  Selfie Worthy!

Is that the hum of a sewing machine?

Nothing else to do this time of year, may as well make all of our stuffed animals fleece blankets

Longfellow 4th and 5th grade Orchestra, Choir and Chimes concert

The orchestra part is about 5 minutes of a very lengthy concert.  Brynn asked her teacher, after her part, “Can I leave?”  When asked why, Brynn stated, “My parents are busy.”  She has always been our favorite.  We bolted, and are sad we did not know this was an option previously!

And the gift that keeps on giving.  Caleb and Luke’s winter orchestra concert had a silent auction also.  Upon Mom’s arrival to the concert, Luke said, “Did you bring money?”

“Yes, why?”

“I’m bidding on a ukulele.”
