Kate found the most amazing McDonald’s challenge on YouTube!

Details…

Go through the drive through and order the exact same thing as the car in front of you.

Step One: Almost cause an accident in the parking lot finding the perfect car to get behind.  Choose a minivan, obviously.

Step Two: Anticipate what you are going to get and hope for no fish sandwiches!

Step Three: Have a questioning attitude.

“I am so hungry, can we make sure we get sweet and sour sauce and ranch?” asked Brody.

Brody, that is not the way this works.

Step Four: Order and pay for the mystery order.

“Do you want to know how much it is?”

“I suppose”

“$25.13”

Celebrate because it takes a lot of awesomeness to hit 25$ at McDonalds!

See the minivan get two bags of food.  Celebrate some more.

Be asked to pull into the reserved spot while they prepare your order and clearly celebrate more!

Step Five: Marvel at your amazing luck!

1) Four 10 piece chicken nuggets 2) Four cheeseburgers 3) Four french fries 4) Two McChickens 5) Sweet and sour sauce (as if they knew Brody had a need)

Step Six: Enjoy and refrigerate the leftovers

Next challenge Taco Bell, but Kate has noted it may not be as fun as everything is good at Taco Bell so it will probably always be a jackpot.  Noted.

Jarry is painting at the Lehr house.

Caleb started working at Buffalo Wild Wings.  We like to visit embarrass him there while he works.

The girls went with for a painting outing and were instructed to play games, build Legos, do something other than electronics.  Picture and “I tried” texted from Brynn to Mom.

Brynn is always on the look out for big toppers ever since she went with Jerry to retrieve the perfect, streamlined, new to us topper a few years back!

So much fun…just what the doctor ordered!

Redo?

Can we cash in a redo?

Our day started with

1) Platelet donation gone wrong.  One with too low of hemoglobin (do not worry, Mom challenged them to recalibrate their machines) and one with an extravasation needing extra TLC and promising to bruise.

2) The Subaru completely blew up 50 miles east of Billings as Dad, Caleb, Luke and Jayne were heading skiing :/

3) Dog duty in FRIGID temps is not as fun as it looks.

And then the redo happened, Uncle Greg to the rescue coming from Bozeman to pick up our stranded skiers!

Mark completely stepped up his game while Dad was gone.  Getting the hot tub ready for us girls to soak!

There was snow.  Lots and Lots of snow to the point that the crew extended their ski trip from two to three days!

And the skiers found the perfect sized rental to get them home.  Papa noting that Jerry would be very happy about the economical gas mileage.
