The big boys had a piano recital today at Evergreen Assisted Living Center.
They each played two duets with Gramma June.
Their pieces were played FLAWLESSLY…so proud of them!
Caleb and Gram…Coconut Shuffle and Hokey Pokey (the audience could hardly stay in their seats for this song)!
Luke and Gram…Puff the Magic Dragon and Take Me Out to the Ball Game (a definite crowd pleaser)!

Words truly cannot explain how awesome it is to experience a GOTCHA day…I recently emailed a friend waiting for her Gotcha day…

Some would define a true friend as the person that lets you know that you have some leftover lunch on your cheek, that those jeans you are wearing are not flattering, or that you are dragging toilet paper with you on your shoe after a bathroom break.
At our house…
a true friend and a sister, doesn’t point out that your dress is caught in your undies after a trip to the potty, but instead IRONICALLY joins you in your “problem” after their trip to the potty…

During the birthday cake photo shoot, Mom looked at Dad and said, “Funny we thought it was a good idea to leave the girls at home with a sitter!”
And surprisingly the NDSU Memorial Union is still standing!
And even more surprisingly, we have survived the Luke Birthday Party Marathon!!

There is nothing like a scavenger hunt (math problems and crack the code) to find a red, white and blue birthday present to turn our Patriot fans frown upside down!

And almost everybunny was happy with the Easter Bunny…everybunny but the Patriots fan in the house! The Patriots fan could not believe that he would get root beer, pretzel M & Ms, gum, a sno cone cup, a golf cart and “NOTHING Patriots?!*”
