Mark and Jayne loved their week at Art Spark Trollwood Performing Art School

The week ended with an amazingly fun musical performance starring our favorite two characters…Pig/Dancer 1 Jayne and Papa Bear Mark

Here’s hoping that we can regularly add “Musical Performance” to our Y. Kid calendar!

If Jacquard Can Do It, So Can We!

After a quick YouTube tutorial with Jacquard,

we were off to create the next fun on our bucket list!

Oh yes Dad did…he one-upped Jacquard with a little sparkle and his Cricut!

A Belly Ache and a Birthday!

Mark’s primary focus for his 11th birthday was the meals!

Breakfast: Caramel rolls and bacon

Lunch: All meat pizza and root beer

Supper: Juicy Lucy hamburgers, tator tots, baby cucumbers, sliced cucumbers, spinach, strawberries and cherries

Mark, you are easy going and tender hearted; your smile lights up a room!  Celebrating you with three meat themed meals and a belly ache was so worth it…you were overjoyed with how your birthday meals turned out.  We are overjoyed to love you for 11 years and counting!

School’s Out for the Summer!

Last day of school year 2016-17!

Jayne is officially a 5th grader!

Brynn is officially a 3rd grader!

Mark is officially a 5th grader!

Caleb is officially a High Schooler…9th grade!

Luke is officially an 8th grader!

The excitement is clear!

And after a special breakfast, caramel rolls for most…a Hershey bar for one…they were off!

Cannot wait for summer!  Side note, preparing my heart for August 24th when there will be too many milestones to handle (1st day of high school, last 1st day of middle school and two last 1st days of elementary school)!  They are ready to get big, and we are going to soak up every ounce of possible fun this summer so this mom will be too exhausted to be a puddle in 83 days :)
