GOAT

 Today was drop off day for our Cornhusker!

The car was packed to the brim.  We sadly did not have room for the hobbies that we have not entertained for years or ever entertained, such as the guitar, ukelele and dartboard.  This being said, we settled for putting these on a list with the plan to bring them later if there was room in the dorm and if there continued to be desire to brush off these skillsets ;)

Roommate Kyle was as great as he seemed on Snapchat!

Mom's organization skills came in handy again!

The early room selection date totally paid off with the super sized room!  Kyle's dad pointing out, "this is going to be the room everyone wants to hang out in."  Quiet Kyle's dad.

And after a few last hugs and a trip to target, we left a piece of our hearts in Nebraska

This being said, all signs pointed to it being the GOAT year!

Have a GOAT year Luke!  Make good choices, study hard, have fun!  We love you!

 On our way home from the Back to School Bozeman Bash, we dropped the Marauders off in Bismarck.  As we drove away, Jayne rolled down the window and said, "I miss you both already."

   

Back to School Bozeman Bash

The stars aligned for the inaugural Back to School Bozeman Bash!

Tori was hoping to be picked up in Bozeman, Iver's family was heading to Missoula and this mom was looking for a summer last hurrah.  The rest is in the pictures and will be repeated annually!

1st star: Preparation

2nd star: a mini-van that fits 8 adult-sized humans rather comfortably

3rd star: hiking trails

  

  

      

4th star: fly fishing.  Note it is not called fly catching.

  

  

5th star: Jerry climbs his first peak 

6th star: Tori introduces us to the concept of a Peak Treat
