Brynn dressed herself for Heather’s birthday party today at Courts Plus.
Kind of blurry, but yep, that is cowboy boots with shorts.
As Mom was driving Brynn to Heather’s birthday party, Brynn said blurrily,
“Who even is Heather?”
So thankful that cute will get you big because Miss Brynn, you are the cutest!
Jayne’s bestest day ever is finally here!
We have been doing the math and counting down to Jayne’s kid birthday party since March 1st…you just can’t take the excitement out of our Jayne!

Jayne gasped as her guests arrived, and each gasp was followed by a big hug!

The fun was topped off with yummy birthday cake and gifts.
Each gift was accompanied by a gasp and a hug, obviously.
And in the end, Jayne declared, “My bestest day ever.”

Mom has been waiting for the day that the girls would want to shop til they drop with her.
Yesterday, we cartwheeled (literally) for hours through several stores shopping for Jayne’s birthday party, Luke’s 1st communion and Easter.
We may have treated ourselves to Noodles & Co for lunch…
And we also treated ourselves to some new summer shoes.
When Jayne slipped these beauties on she said in her BIG voice, “These are SOOOOOO FABULOUS.”
Sold.
Girls are SO Fabulous! Can’t wait for a refill on another shopping day with these two!
How lucky that Bumpa and Gramma could come over tonight to celebrate Mom’s birthday and St. Patrick’s Day!

Cold Stone makes peanut butter cup and fudge ice cream cake…how lucky (and yummy)!
Who would have ever thought that the Naughty Leprechaun would stir up as much excitement as Santa?
We were pumped to wake up this morning and see what kind of a mess the Leprechaun made this year.
The Leprechaun replaced our jelly beans in the candy dish with green and star sprinkles. Per Brynn, “These sprinkles are even better than the jelly beans.”
Leprechaun footprint four-leaf clovers were EVERYWHERE. Per Daddy, “A spatula works better than a rag” to clean up footprint four-leaf clovers.
Lucky pennies were scattered all around?!* Mark collected every last one and wasn’t bothered by the mess this year because the pennies made it all better!
Green Eggs and Green Milk for breakfast. Jayne said matter-of-fact, “Green eggs are better than yellow ones, and green milk is better than white milk.”
Mark ate a banana for breakfast for safety.
We didn’t catch that pesky Leprechaun this year, but maybe we will catch him next year…

The 6th Grade Spartans played awesome in Detroit Lakes this weekend!
Caleb is all about defense…diving for balls, getting rebounds and stopping the other teams best players.
A successful weekend of basketball for Caleb means many, many black and blue marks!
