Caleb’s first hunt was today!

Papa, Uncle Zube, Dad, Luke, Mark and Remi were along for the hunt too!

Uncle Zube found the birds, the most birds Papa thinks he has ever seen, Caleb shot 23 times…

Lots of birds down!  Luke, Mark and Remi were in charge of retrieving Caleb’s birds.

And another countdown has started for Luke, “I can’t wait til I can hunt!”

Autumn Moon Festival, of course!

The Moon Festival is often compared to a “Chinese Thanksgiving” because of its spirit of gratitude and its inclusion of abundant food including the popular moon cakes.

We have so much gratitude for four local families with whom we get to celebrate Chinese culture with; we have so much gratitude for the eight blessings among us that have brought us together!

Fall Futbol and Football

Normally the goal of fall futbol and football is “Don’t freeze”

This year, the weather has been amazing, so our goal is scoring goals, scoring TDs and having fun!

Even though Mark looks really into football (yellow head sweatband and all), he asks a couple times a week if he can quit.

He also does not want to be in any sport after football is over, asking “Is there a building club…a LEGO building club?”
