The Yokom Kids officially lost every electronic they own yesterday as a punishment.
In low times, it is great to know that you have friends to maintain your streaks.

Brynn announced to Jayne and Mom that she had been nominated for student of the week. We were impressed in words, hoots and actions to which Brynn replied, “And let the good news keep rolling, my language arts teacher keyed my grade in wrong so I was moved from a D to a C today!”
Caleb got all snazzy in the “free” suit provided by the school (only 75$ to have it fitted) for the Homecoming Coronation
A beautiful night…memories made!
The school chosen “risk committee” (with zero medical experts on it) announced today that all 5 kids will be moving from hybrid learning to distance learning on 10/5 with a less than 0.5% positivity rate in our schools. Sigh!

So fun for Caleb to be nominated to the homecoming court!
Court backyard pool and yard game party!
Yay Spartans!

We also decorated pumpkins to go with our pumpkin bars that clearly were in the oven!
Sonja is all about an outing. Onnolee, Jayne, Brynn and Mom were happy to get the invite to explore Fort Ransom with her!

Until the next outing…
The traditional gift for a 20th wedding anniversary is china, but not for us,
Caribou coffee and harassing Caleb via text from our dinner date is more our style. Don’t worry, Jerry had a gift card for the dinner date!
Cheers to 20 years!
Jerry says he would ask mom again; Mom says she would say “yes” again.
Caleb did not think he needed senior pictures. His fan club is glad he obliged.
Snuck in some family pictures at the same time. Boom!
